Support and maintenance of the long-term storage solution Preservica

The service ensures the operation of the electronic document archive system Preservica for the National Archives of Latvia.

Service provision process:
In case of system malfunctions, applications can be submitted to the Unified Ministry of Culture ICT Support Portal https://atbalsts.kultura.lv. On the Unified Ministry of Culture ICT Support Portal, the appropriate thematic group must be selected and the appropriate application form must be filled out.
