  6. participate in the development of draft laws and regulations and preparation of policy planning documents in the field of the use of information and communication technology resources, information systems and electronic services of the department of culture, as well as provide opinions regarding draft laws and regulations developed by other institutions;
  7. implement information and communication technology projects financed by European Union funds and other financial instruments in accordance with their competence and ensure their sustainability;
  8. organize and conduct training, seminars and conferences in matters within the competence of the Centre, as well as participate in events organized by international organizations in matters within the competence of the Centre.
