Support and maintenance of public portals

Ensuring the operation of public portals of the Ministry of Culture (see links to services - Get the service "E-service"):

• Latvian Film Portal - catalogue of films made in Latvia and Latvian film access portal;
• Audiovisual Records Portal Diva.lv - Latvian digitized video and audio records access portal (Raidi.tv portal);
• 3td E-book Library - free online e-books in Latvian;
• Latvian National Terminology Portal - terminology database, terminology development and approval management;
• Coat of Arms Catalogue - descriptions and images of coats of arms registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia;
• Latvian National Archives e-services portal - LNA e-services, databases and virtual archives, virtual exhibitions and digital publications;
• Latvian Library Portal - a web resource of professional information in the library sector;
• Portal "See, Hear Latvia" - audiovisual documents, photo documents and sound documents from the 1850s to the present day in the collection of the Latvian State Cinematographic and Photographic Archives of the National Archives of Latvia;
• Intangible Cultural Heritage Portal - Latvia's intangible cultural heritage database and descriptions.

Service provision process:
In case of disruptions to public portals and resources, applications can be submitted to the Unified Culture Ministry ICT Support Portal https://atbalsts.kultura.lv. On the Unified Culture Ministry ICT Support Portal, select the appropriate thematic group and fill out the appropriate application form.
