Support and maintenance of the Unified State Archives Information System

The service for the National Archives of Latvia ensures the operation of the Unified State Archives Information System and its functional components:

1. Operation of the Information Management and Access Solution (VVAIS IPPR);
2. Operation of the Information Receiving and Storage Solution (VVAIS ISUR);
3. Operation of the Electronic Data Receiving Solution (VVAIS FTPS).

Service provision process:
Support and maintenance of the Unified State Archives Information System is provided on the basis of a contract with the Culture Information Systems Centre.
In the event of malfunctions of the Unified State Archives Information System and user management applications can be submitted to the Unified Culture Department ICT Support Portal https://atbalsts.kultura.lv. On the Unified Culture Department ICT Support Portal, the appropriate thematic group must be selected and the appropriate application form must be filled out.
