- September 15, 2025 - Seminar for library staff of Rēzekne region at the Rēzekne Central Library, where library staff of the region will be informed about the current events of the LiBri project, as well as about the solutions developed during the project implementation for municipal public libraries for the integration of people with migration experience into the local community. The seminar serves as a platform for professional development, exchange of experience and discussion of current issues among regional librarians.
- August 24, 2025 - An event dedicated to the anniversary of Ukraine's independence will be held in the Conference Hall of the Saldus Regional Library as part of the LiBri project as a tribute to the ideals of freedom, self-determination and solidarity of peoples. It will combine a musical performance with Ukrainian and Latvian music and a special video bridge between compatriots in Latvia and Ukraine will be organized, allowing those present to feel the spirit of unity across borders. The aim of the event is to strengthen the connection between the societies of the two countries, express support for the Ukrainian people and honor their path to independence.
- August 18, 2025 - “Conversational Language Club” with the aim of promoting the improvement of Latvian language skills for those whose native language is not Latvian, at the Jelgava City Library as part of the LiBri project. Club members, using practical tasks and games, develop speaking, reading and writing skills. In the conversations, topical topics of everyday life are discussed – about themselves, place of residence, daily routine, interests, career, etc., working both individually and in pairs. The class is led by Viktorija Agafonova, Head of the Regional Library Training Department, and library employee Gundega Kalniņa, a certified Latvian language teacher.
- August 15, 2025 - Musical and literary event with invitations for the local community within the framework of the LiBri project in the Small Hall of Krustpils Culture Centre, where invited guests will be able to listen to Ukrainian folk songs and get to know folk traditions in Ukrainian classics' poetry readings. Before the event, visitors are invited to view the exhibition "Diamond Paintings" in the reading room of Jēkabpils Regional Main Library, where is featured paintings made of small diamond beads by members and supporters of the Ukrainian cultural society "Javir" depicting Ukrainian folk symbols, natural scenes, and literary classics.
- July 4, 2025 - Latvian conversation evening for non-Latvians living in Liepāja within the framework of the LiBri project. It is organized by the Central Scientific Library, and this is the seventh event in the cycle of conversation evenings, giving the opportunity to non-Latvians from the local community regularly improve their Latvian language skills and participate in exciting discussions. Each conversation is dedicated to a topic/current event, and the July 4 conversation will be organized as a guided tour of the urban environment of Liepāja. After the tour, discussions about the culture of Liepāja and the history of the city are planned.
- June 12, 2025 - Online training event on organizing hackathons for partner libraries involved in the LiBri project. During the implementation of the project, in the summer/autumn period of 2025, it is planned to organize hackathons in partner libraries as the most effective way to select ideas and proposals for the implementation of integration strategies in the local communities as successfully as possible, therefore, partner libraries are offered a training seminar prepared by the project partner from Poland - the Information Society Development Foundation (Fundacja Rozwoju Spoleczenstwa Informacyjnego).
- May 27, 2025 - LiBri project training meeting at the Ogre Central Library, with the participation of representatives of all involved partners from Latvian municipal public libraries, municipalities and local integration institutions. The aim of the meeting is to develop an integration strategy and its implementation plan, which envisages the successful inclusion of third-country nationals in society at the regional level and in the local community, using library services.
- April 4, 2025 - LiBri project mid-term seminar organized by the Culture Information Systems Centre in Riga. Representatives from the project partner organizations in France, Italy, Poland, Romania and the Netherlands participate in the event. The seminar day is very productive and eventful, with participants sharing their experiences and discussing the various challenges and success stories. The situation of each country in issues related to the integration of third-country nationals is different and requires different solutions. It is necessary to think about new services in libraries, for example, the creation of new social platforms to offer a full range of all necessary information. The seminar also review the future time plan of the project, with team representatives expressing their wishes and needs regarding the future project period and specifying the submission of reports and other reporting documents.
